Cancellation Policy
At Couture Chic, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain the highest level of service for all clients, the following cancellation policy is in place:
Cancellations made between 72–24 hours prior to your appointment will incur a 25% service fee based on the total scheduled service.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
All cancellation fees must be paid before booking any future appointments.
